• The customer must inform which area/products he is interested in, so that we can start looking for the market.
• After carrying out the market assessment, we present a proposal for the products and the respective quantities required.
• If the proposal is accepted, a contract will be signed both parties.
• The transport can also be handled by us and it may vary depending on the type of product that will be exported.

Bearing in mind for export service, the payment mechanism is used be L/C.

• Quotation – a quotation for a sale, which should clearly state the price, quality details, quantity of goods, terms of trade, terms of delivery, payment terms
• Sales Contract – A contract between the buyer and the seller, which sets out the details of the transaction and is legally binding to the parties
• Pre-invoice – An informal document informing the buyer of the type, quantity, value and import specifications (weight, size and similar characteristics) of the goods to be shipped
• Commercial Invoice – an official document from the exporter that requires the importer to pay for the goods in accordance with the sales contract
• Packing List – A document detailing the packing details of the shipment
• Insurance document
• Inspection certificate
• Bill of lading
• Additional documents (varies by product type or country requirements)
